Delete Just Notes account data
Updated July 12, 2026
This page deletes eligible Just Notes backend entitlement and subscription records associated with the Google account you authenticate. To prevent an already-running billing update from recreating those records, a one-way hashed coordination guard remains for up to 15 minutes and is then removed by Firestore TTL. It does not delete local notes on your device, a backup in your Google Drive account, or the Google account itself.
Before you continue
- Cancel any active Just Notes subscription in Google Play. Deleting data does not cancel billing.
- Wait until any paid or trial entitlement reaches expiry. Active or nonterminal subscriptions block deletion for safety.
- Delete local notes in the app and remove any Google Drive backup separately if you also want those copies removed.
Authenticate and confirm
Use Google Identity Services to sign in with the same Google account used in Just Notes. Your sign-in credential is used only for this deletion request and is cleared from page memory after the request completes.
The delete button is enabled only after Google authentication, the checkbox, and the exact word DELETE.
