Just Notes Terms of Service

By installing or using Just Notes, you agree to these terms. Just Notes provides local note-taking, organization, reminders, drawing, OCR, import/export, optional Google Drive synchronization, and optional Premium features.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you create, the security of your device and Google account, and maintaining backups appropriate for your needs. Do not use Just Notes to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.

Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are sold and managed through Google Play. Prices vary by country or region and are displayed in your local currency where supported. The monthly plan may offer a 10-day trial only when Google Play determines the account is eligible. The annual plan has no trial. The Google Play purchase sheet shows the controlling local price, tax, trial eligibility, renewal date, and billing terms before confirmation. Subscriptions renew until canceled in Google Play. Refunds are handled under Google Play policy and applicable law.

Deleting Just Notes data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play first. Premium access can continue until the paid or trial period expires, subject to Google Play status.

Third-party services and availability

Google Drive sync is optional and depends on Google services and your account. Features may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons. Just Notes is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the extent allowed by law.

Liability and updates

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost notes, missed reminders, or third-party service interruption. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

These terms may be updated with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
